Commissions

Read my TOS before commissioning

I reserve the right to refuse any commission orders without explanation.
You will receive full resolution digital files of the commission, no physical item will be delivered.
Use of commissions in any blockchain-related technology including NFTs and cryptocurrency or in AI learning programs or tools is strictly PROHIBITED.
If the client can not be reached or fails to answer for more than 10 days, the commission will be canceled.
Commissioning multiple items can lead to discounts

All payments will be requested through PayPal or Stripe in USD.
50% of the payment will be made upfront and the remainder 50% will be made before delivery.
The commission will only be official and started after the upfront payment has been made.
The client is eligible for a full refund if the commission is cancelled prior to the start of the project or if I fail to meet a deadline or any other requirement requested in the initial agreement.
Partial refunds can be considered if the commission has been started, and you are allowed to keep files already received.
Do NOT issue chargebacks. In the event of a full refund or chargeback, you will be forfeiting your ownership and rights to the commissioned artworks.
You can request rush delivery or a NDA for the commission. Doing so will incur in additional fees.

I disclaim any responsibility for copyright issues. By providing material (sounds effects, artwork, fonts, etc...) for usage, the client guarantees ownership of the correct licenses. I'm also not liable for any false information given to me.
By default, I retain the right to use commissions for self-promotion (e.g: social media posts, process stream or videos...).
I also retain the commercial rights to all commissions, unless the commercial rights are purchased.
Reposting your commissioned artwork is allowed as long as proper crediting is given. Do NOT claim full credit to the artwork's creation even if you have ownership of the artwork.

I will share watermarked WIPs throughout the process.
During the early stage (sketch/draft), the client may request up to 3 revisions.
During the second stage (lineart, base colors, layer separation), the client may request minor revisions (color fix, minor illustration edit).
During the last stage (shading, animation, final touches), the client may request up to 2 minor revisions.
Any further changes, during any stage, will incur in additional fees.
The files will be up on my Google Drive for at least 4 weeks following delivery, after this time, I can't guarantee I would be able to store the files.

If I find that these terms were violated, the offender will be blacklisted.
In the event of a chargeback or any form of extortion, I may publish the offender's relevant social media, PayPal email, and business-related exchanges as proof of breaking our Terms of Service.
